We reserve the right to decline commissions that do not align with our values of quality, safety, and respect.
3. Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped securely and discreetly. We offer worldwide shipping with tracking numbers provided upon dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the custom and intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
